ORDER PROCESSING
Order processing typically takes us 1 – 3 working days to fulfill and 3 – 5 day more to delivery to customer after order was made. However, few orders may takes longer to ship due to shipping address.
Shipping fee is based on your address and order’s price. For international shipping, you may have to pay extra cost for the customs duty. The cost is difference in each country.
SHIPPING PROGRESS
After order is fulfilled, tracking code will be sent to your email. If you do not receive it, feel free to contact us via email.
Please make sure you provide full information about shipping address (may including PO Box, you can check on Post Office website in your resident). If order is failed to delivery, item(s) will be sent back to our warehouse and takes few more days to delivery after we could verify your shipping address.
You may receive your item(s) more than 1 times since we have a large assortment of products stocked in various warehouses, therefore they may be shipped separately. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.

You can make your payment via Paypal or Stripe, MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted.
RETURN POLICY
In case you receive defected or wrong item(s), just take picture of your received item(s), send it to our support email, we’re going to check and send replacement immediately.
We only accept defected or wrong item(s), other reasons are not accepted.
